ZTRFM Full Automatic Muti Sizes In One Shelf Pallets Forming Machine Shelf Panel Roll Forming Machine is designed to make the supermarket shelf panels profiles in batch fully automatically. This series of shelf roll forming machines are mainly used to make metal shelf panels.
We also call this profile the box profile. The size and material of the panel shelf can be customized in accordance with customers' own requests. I will take a random shelf panel drawing profile for example to show you our Shelf panel rolling forming machine.
5T manual decoiler → 1000mm leveling machine → 1000mm servo CNC feeding machine (Huichuan servo 1.3kw)+2 notches+2 left and right circular hole hydraulic front punching machines (2 mold bases, 4 sets of molds) → 36 sets of width adjustable rolling forming (main drive 15KW variable frequency speed regulation, CNC width adjustment, Huichuan servo 0.85KW) → hydraulic cutting and flanging (1 set of mold, 7.5KW oil pump motor) → discharge conveyor belt (motor 0.2kw).
